Ainsleigh sneered slightly, she wasn't surprised that the news about Yama was a ploy. The idea tahta the whole thing was a lie didn't sit well, but was a necessary tactic when in the midst of a guild war. That aside, she recognized what part she could play in this. "Then I hope the egg you are giving me is at least draeyl, or this facade of yours only has a three day shelf life. And my resolve is still unchanged," She said to Pine in a lowered tone stabbing her claw into the table top, "I will be harnessing and nurturing that egg by this time tomorrow." Tatsu lowered his voice as well so that they appeared to be having a more private conversation just between the three of them, from all appearances about this egg that Ainsleigh was so touchy about. "So you staged the whole meeting in hopes of throwing off the spy?" He stated rhetorically. The bar is plenty large to hold the meeting we just had outside, the spy will probably suspect a ruse and may even suspect that he er she has been noticed, if not identified. We respect and understand that you are compartmentalizing information to those who have a need to know. But if all the leadership is going to do is shut us off so we cannot work or aid in the investigation it's going to hurt trust and lower moral of the members. I know I need to rest and heal, so know that I am not talking about myself here. But if you have assignments for us, it might do to get them out one on one with everyone."

Tatsu & Ainsleigh

"I suppose that will have to do for a start. Tatsu said, not fully satisfied. At least now they both knew that leadership had made a decision. And, for the time being he and Ainsleigh would have to rely upon the others to implement the decisive action. Ainsleigh was satisfied with Pine's answer and already knew what she would be doing next. "Come on Tatsu, we have left much unfinished inside."

She led her mate back to the bar where they saluted Nina and Stone as they were chit chatting at the bar. But Ainsleigh and Tatsu were interested in finding out who was tending the place while Pine was off duty.

"Barkeep, did anybody preserve our unfinished suppers last night?!" Ainsleigh hollered back. It was a shame to waste food, especially mutton, which could be difficult to get in some parts of Sylestia.

While Ainsleigh was making herself high profile. Tatsu had reached his tail around and tapped Nina a couple times on the shoulder. When she realized it was him he pointed down the hallway and lifted his brow. He didn't know how ryori specifically communicated without a mouth but he remembered that was one way to let a ryori know that you wanted to speak with them privately. He further pointed his thumb at himself to suggest Nina meet in Tatsu's quarters. He was careful not to give Stone any attention to his gestures while Ainsleigh was being a bellows.

Nina headed to the bar hungry and thirsty. She looked at the bartender wait for him to notice her and she shook her head trying to clear her mind of unknown thoughts. Nina took a deep breath of the woody air

"Eh? Are you talking to me? Cause I ain't the Barkeep" Stone says,..

Ainsleigh looked about the bar without taking any steps, then turned to face Stone. "Eh, no not really. I figured you weren't since yer on this side of the bar top. Ah well, the flies are going to be eating good." She glanced at her mate long enough for him to wink that message had been sent. Then she said to him. "Come on Tatsu, let's get back to quarters and start nest prep."

Tatsu turned to go down the hallway with her. "Shame about that, I was lookin' for'ard ta finishin' it. Cold mutton's still tasty."

They two entered their room and started planning the nest build while waiting for Nina to show up.
