i would say A)
becaus b i would forget to do aspecialy with my du date coming closer and closer. and with that c is alsow people may have other real life stuff to do and there for no time to get the info when they get elected.
and d fall off becaus i have no idea about any other system being there for this kind of thing ^^'

Thoughts on releasing: They're released into the wild. Isn't it better than starving in an overcrowded stable?

Thoughts on releasing: I used to be a hoarder D: releasing cheap, dishwater pets is a good way to showcase the better pets. Good pets (max stat, rare themes, etc) should also not be extremely cheap/easy to obtain
