Kin rubbed his nose, "heh thats no way to treat a great guy like me" Kin had messy, slightly curly white hair and dark green eyes. His eyes betrayed his true emotions, though his voice was a light sarcastic tone, his eyes were cold. Kem noticed the other woman in the shadows, "i guess we have more company..." She said to Dexion. Neil didnt seem to care. "they seem to be more victims of this dark magic" the young 11 or 12 year old looking boy answered monotonously(did i spell thiss right? Lol). Kem, like her twin had the same curly white hair, but lighter green eyes. Neil had light blonde hair and orange eyes, and had opened one of the dark books and skimmed over the page.

Neil nodded in Dexions direction. "the more we know the better" was all he said.

She walks up to them, tightening her ponytail. She nods to them, her eyes glowing a dim blue.

"What?" Dexion asked looking towards the woods. He now saw the ladies, which surprised him. How many people were there? He scanned the woods.

"Now where did that bird get off to?" The man asked as he walked through the woods. The undead strayed from him, almost cowering in fear as he passed. "Pancake! Here girl!"

If you dont want to be punched, dont sneak up on strangers. Anyways, do you know where we are and what all the strange creatures around here are? she asked. She took off her mechanical hand and let out a long, annoyed sigh. She then gently stuffed it in one of her cloak pockets.

Kem opened her mouth to speak butt hesitated for a moment. "hello.... How did you get here?" She asked simply. Neil flipped a few pages, the words were written in a strange language that Kem couldnt understand when she glanced over.

The girl hesitates before answering, her voice melodic and gentle, almost a hum. "My family... They told me to run into the forest for safety... I've been here for 3 months... They are gone..." She speaks, her voice seeming to dull the senses and relax those who listen.

Kin grinned, "turns out some necromancer constructed some portals to the demon realm, and we destroyed the first one." Kin explained a little too lightly.

She sucked in a breath, "do you know when the undead started appearing? Me and my brother came here to investigate, and Neil was sent here officially." She motioned to the boy. Neil was all too aware that strangers meant trouble, but let it go for now.

Dexion reframed from talking as he sat and listened to the conversations around him. It was when Pancake lightly pecked at his ear the he looked to the bird. "What's that?" The bird cawed lightly. "Which way?" He said wide eyed. The bird lifted off flying off to the east. "We need to go that way. She says Crow is that way."
