Eclipse decided to play tag with Lily and rex. She was feeling a bit playful at the moment. She was bored and well they convinced her to play. She did keep an eye on the chaos emerald. She loved moments like this she should of never of isolated herself it did her no good. She was just glad the one who hurt her so much the one who betrayed her was dead. She shakes her head no need to bother with it. Now she wonders why shes trusting the three mobians so easily. Did a part of her really want to trust someone again? Oh well she must be carefull though.(Eclipse's true form the one sonic meet her in is 2 inches taller then tails.)

Knuckles got down on one knee to inspect some tampered with foliage. he looked southeast and nodded, "this way,". Sonic just looked at tails and shrugged, neither had experience with this sort of thing. then he noted that knuckles stood still and flinched for a second. he put a hand on his shoulder, "you feeling alright?" sonic asked. when it took knuckles a bit long to respond (shoving sonic's hand off his shoulder and saying that he was fine), sonic felt a pang of concern. he usually didn't react so slowly.

Knuckles growled a while later, looking up. that energy field again.... he turned around to look at the two behind him. "stay here," he said."I'm coming wi-" Sonic started, but quickly stopped with a sharp look from the guardian, who dashed ahead a little ways. Sonic and Tails looked at each other. "what was that all about?" tails commented. Sonic was just as confused,"I honestly have no clue..."

Eclipse looked up as she heard something. She takes a stance in front of her chao who were right next to the chaos emerald and growls.

the foliage brushed up against the echidna's fur. he screeched to a halt when he heard something growl and, instinctively, clenched his fists and held them up defensively. "Come out where I can see you!" he shouted into the forest ahead of him, snarling.

Sonic and Tails looked up in alarm, ears twitching. Sonic was on his feet in less then a second, But then he looked into the surrounding forest, and sat back down. ''why aren't we going?" Tails asked frantically. Sonic leaned up against a tree, looking at tails. "Because," he said carelessly, "Knuckles is a survivor. think about it: he's the last of his kind, and lived here alone for 16 years,". Tails looked at the blue hedgehog and sat down next to him, sighing.

Eclipse stops growling when she heard knuckles. She then barks happily. At least it's knuckles instead of some robot or something.

Knuckles watched the area around him when the growling stopped. he relaxed a bit but didn't let his guard down. he glanced behind him to make sure sonic and tails were still out of eyeshot.

Knuckles decided to keep walking forward, towards the energy source. assuming there IS one, he thought. he stopped for a minute, realizing that he had felt this energy many times before. ''......the servers are the seven chaos......'' he whispered to nobody in particular.

Sonic scratched behind his ear. "knuckles been gone for a while now,'' he commented. tails looked up at him. "do you think he's ok?" he asked "i told you, Knuckles is a survivor,'' sonic muttered carelessly. then he looked up, why did he want us to stay here anyway? he wondered. but then he answered his own question. because he works alone, he thought sighing.

Red barks loudly as if if saying hurry up and get over here to kuckles. she hops up and smashes her paws on a stick breaking it with aloud snap.

Knuckles jolted and whirled around. Relived to see that it's just Eclipse, he looks at the ground then back at Eclipse. "Don't scare me like that," he said firmly, a bit of a growl in his voice.

Eclipse glares at knuckles. she then looks at the chaos emerald and barks. She did not like the growl in knuckles tone. So she plans a new prank to pull.
