As I am being dragged I look around us, making sure we aren't being followed or heading into a trap.

You spot a few people, but you can't tell if they are infected or not. Fortunately, they don't notice you. Once you get to the outskirts of the town, Cobalt switches direction, heading to a house, or rather, mansion with a path leading up to it.

I gawk at the mansion and almost lose my guard. Quickly pulling it back up, I look around once more for any threats.

Cobalt walks up to the front door, enters a code, scans his fingerprint, and unlocks the door with a key. The door clicks open and he gestures for you to come inside.

Just then, a pink blur flies down the stairs and practically tackles Cobalt, who yelps in surprise.
"Carah! Yes, I missed you too."
A Puffadore? You had heard about them and other 'Sylesties' in legends, but you had no idea they actually existed, you'd thought they were just mythical creatures. It was like seeing a dragon.

She trots over and sniffs you curiously, then seems to decide to like you and sits down in your lap, wanting to be pet.
Cobalt stifles a laugh at your expression. "Serenity, meet Carah. My... sister's Puffadore."
