He met your eyes but quickly looked away clearly nervous, he opened his mouth to say something but two guards rounded the corner and came your way so Darren straightened, shut his mouth and kept his gaze fixed forward.

Soon you reached your cell, there was a bit of an awkward before Darren says "Well I'd better be going..."

She nodded. Before he left though, she ran and gave him a hug.

He smiled and returned "I'll see ya tomorrow!" he promised and closed the door his footsteps receding
