The females have 3 or 7 days cool down, depending on species. That's why there are generally less females up for public breeding, and they generally cost more to breed to.
How much compensation the player wants for putting up their female for public breeding is up to them.

Did you click the region with a name on it. This game is still in development so there are only 2 complete regions and 2 incomplete one. Also as a newbie you can only access Viridian Meadows. If you clicked on the one with the name then I don't know what to do. If you clicked on a blank region then there is no contant you can access.

You click on the sylesti so they are higlighted in yellow. Go to the tab you want and click on a space. If you clicking on an empty one the pet you selected will go there. If you clicked on another pet they will swap places.

To change your outfit, go to your wardrobe (under account).
From there, choose your base (main features), style (hair, facial features), and clothing. For clothes, you can choose your top, bottom, shoes etc under clothing. OR, if you have found certain outfits/items you can find them under items, in the respective category.
Base, Styles, and Clothing are the starting wardrobe items that you'll have access to. Some are free, others you have to pay diamonds (available by buying from the diamond shop using real money, or from the currency exchange with gold [usually expensive]) OR with AP (advancement points obtained through battling, doing missions, nurturing, ie basically playing the game).
Items (helds, outfits, heads, wings, backs) are obtained by playing the game.
They can be found from exploring , from buying from merchant NPCs , from winning/participating in official forum games during festivals , from battling festival bosses/buying from the festival shop during festivals , from buying from the avatar shop (using diamonds, available all the time) , or from buying from the diamond shop (using diamonds, during selected periods of time)
Once you've selected your clothing, as well as chosen the colours of your self/clothes (if applicable), click "Save Loaded Outfit", and you're done! =)
For your starter pet's colour, once you've created your pet, you can't change anything. At least not for free. You can slowly change your pet's colour by using dyes. Go to your pet's profile page, click "genetic philter", choose pet dye, choose the colour, and choose which colour slot you want to change, then click "use philter".
For future reference, if you use essences to generate a pet (which is similar to creating your starter pet), after you load the essence into the generator, choose the traits, click each colour slot, select the colour, and click save. You should see the colour slot take on the colour you've chosen. After choosing all the colours, click "generate pet".
As for your starter pet case, I will recommend you to pm the admin Krinadon, and tell him what happened, and ask if he can help you change the colours of your pet. He should be able to help you since it's your starter pet, and you probably didn;t know how the colours worked before creating it.

you go in your inventory, then you select the pet you want to unequip the relic from. Now go to the equipment inventory and select the relic on the pet you dont want the relic on.. Once you have selected a relic, click an empty slot in the inventory. After you've done that, you should have retained the relic and it has now been unequipped.
