Elysse ties a blindfold around your head, spins you around a couple of times, and leads you in a maze of twists and turns that you couldn't remember if you tries. Finally, you come to a stop, and she puts something that feels like a ring in your hand.
"This ring will take you out of the world if you spin it three times around your finger, but I advise you not to use it except in extreme emergencies." she explains. "Please wait a few seconds before moving once I remove the blindfold to ensure stability. Remember the rules, and happy exploring!"
She whips off your blindfold, but you don't see her standing where her voice was coming from. Instead, you're standing all alone in a lush forest, with trees bearing fruit you don't recognize all around you and melodious birdsong coming from overhead.

There are an abundance of sticks around, you being in a forest and all. You remember reading something about using a stick and a piece of cloth to splint a broken bone, you've never done it personally, though.
