"Mmmmhmmmm." Blake said, not really listening and uninterested. He shrugged his shoulders, sighed and turned back to Fester. "Fester, man, you gotta know that I don't try to impress women. Men and women are alike, no favoring."

He sighed once more, looking over to Era. " I mean, Era and I've bonded like bro and sis, I'd hate to call her beautiful, it'd just make me sound like a creep who has a sister complex."

He looked over to the new girl." The girl over there crying? She got mad at me because I used self defense, when she began attacking me. I mean, I can understand her hating me because I showed her, her fears, but really. We've all got a power we use when in danger, for threats."

He looked Fester in the eye. "You should have one of those powers, right?" He began walking back to the camp, and took in a deep breath. Why couldn't people just understand he never liked complimenting women? He wasn't the perfect guy...so what? He was who he was.

"Just because you're like brothers and sisters doesn't mean you can't compliment Era sometimes, it'd be a real confidence booster for her. And compliments don't even have to be flirting. I can compliment you by saying 'oh Blake, that grey skin is looking great on you today' no flirting involved there." Fester shrugged, it was obvious that Blake had no intentions of listening so he grabbed his bag and headed into the forest to look for the people he was suppose to find.
