Oof. They arrive and she lands on a rooftop, smiling as her creatures enter the city and begin eating and turning humans.

Suddenly, vines shoot out of the ground, wrapping around humans and either pinning them against an object or snapping their necks, depending on whichever was easier. The neck-snapping alone kills a third of them, and all the rest are now immobile.
