She nodded in pleasent surprise, taking the letter. There havent been any animals since entering this forest, so a raven was a welcome sight. She scanned over the letter.

The letter read:

'Dexion,

It's been days passed since we were intended to meet. I hope you didn't get yourself into trouble again, I value our meeting enough as it is without that. As meantion before I have sent Pancake (still not sure why you named him that) to find you if needed. Hopefully this message found its way to you one way or another. Until I hear back from you I'm going to go looking. I hope you know that even in my current state I still hate the feel of these woods. This is all for you though. You best not be dead or hurt. If you so much as have a scrape I'm kicking your butt when we meet again.

She read out the letter word for word to him. After she finished she handed it back to him, "well.. you sure have more than a scrape". Neil glanced over for a second, "so he's in these woods aswell? I really need to wrap this up.. but i suppose it would be easier with more people. Unless they become victims, then i dont need that on my hands." He frowned slightly, he couldnt feel any other power sources in the area that seemed familiar. It must be concealed.. great.

"Oh no...Crow why..." Dexion moaned. "There's just one problem with that. Crow is a necromancer himself. He's not bad though! He's good! There's no way he's behind this."

(Where are you guys?)

"We can sell him the books then?" Kin called from where he was nearby. Neil rolled his eyes. "Oh he is? Well I suppose that's fine... I mean a lot of necromancers try things like this but I believe you when you say he's good." Near shrugged. "Maybe he could help us since he's familiar with it. Never tried necromancy before but right now I'm the only one who can locate these portals- and.... Familiar with demons and their antics."

(In a clearing in the forest talking. Note there is charred grass in a circle in the middle)

Blues eyes went wide. She turned and punched him in the face with her still good hand. After realizing what she had done, she stood up again. She opened her mouth to apologize, but stopped. He had snuck up on an already terrified stranger. Lucky for you my mechanical hand is no longer functioning properly. Who are you? she sort of growled.

Suddenly a girl, seeming about the age of 18, shows herself. She stays partially hidden though in the shade of the trees, resting a hand on her sheathed dagger and the other on her sheathed sword.

"Maybe he will be willing to help, we can always ask when we do find him." Dexion said holding onto the girl's shoulders. "And I believe you on the fist part but I myself am tried to fight demons. I am a ranger after all. Favorited enemy and all. I know a lot about them."
