Afraid, not, Cece. That's a really nice Blue Lagoon mare, but Aeridinies are Fabled pets, while Kelparies are not.
I would swap my Bulbori, Nytekrie, Enchanted Water Kelpari, Ghostly LIghts or Wilted Willow Lunemara, Qitari, Sylvorpa, or either Zolnixi for her, however.

I'm really only interested in swapping for another Nightshade Aeridini, Cece.
Exceptions: I could swap her for a Themed Ryori, depending upon traits, and I would definitely swap her for a Tagged Ghastly Lupora.
Oh, your second link goes to a pet that has been released; I think maybe one of the numbers was cut off when you made the link.
