"That's a good question." He thought about it for a long moment. "I'll risk it."

Mateo nodded, knocking on the door before opening it.

Inside was a comfortable room with twin beds. The one near the door was obviously Mateo's, while the other near the window was occupied by a brown-haired boy quietly sketching. He glanced up briefly when the boys entered and looked a little confused (and wary) when he saw Seth.

"Hey Meinke. This is Seth." Mateo said. Meinke just nodded and kept right on drawing.

Seth waved cheerfully, seeing his wary look

Mateo sat on his bed. "Watcha drawing?"

Meinke blinked. THen turned his sketchbook over to face the boys. It was pretty much the view outside, and didn't look half bad either.

"How often do you draw?"

Meinek shrugged.

Matoe snorted. "he'd probably do it 24/7 if he could stay up all night."

Meinke just gave him a weird look, like he didn't know if eh should slap Mateo, throw his pencil at him, or laugh and agree.

Seth kinda hoped he would laugh and agree. However, he figured that wasn't very likely. "Well, you're very good at it," he commented

Meinke turned a little red and he shook his head.

"Stop denying it, you are good." Mateo roleld his eyes. Pullig out his phone, he typed in a web address. "He did the art for our friend's website." he said, showing it to Seth.

Meinke looked like he wanted to kill Mateo, if looks could kill.

"Whoa," he was awed. "Good isn't able to describe your art."

"T-thanks. I-I g-g-guess " Meinke stuttered out quietly, barely audible.

Mateo smiled a little, glad his borther was actually talking...and to someone he'd just met. "Told ya."
