"hey, wake up, are you okay?" A teenage girl asked Valentine. "Do you know where you are? You aren't from here, how did you get to distortia?" She asked. The two girls were in a town, not visible to the outside world, and by that logic it was safe from the forces outside searching for them.

Kai nodded. "He'll probably still be near Leo, since they fell in together" Kai told them. "there's a place I can take you, you guys will be safe there while I look for the others. A loud roar could be heard in the far distance. "We should hurry" He said.

"Maybe he knows" Leo said, pointing to Konnyr, who was out cold from the fall. "Sylver will come find me soon, I just hope she's okay" Leo said calmly, partially because he was in shock.

"Fine." Mio went over to Konnyr and kicked him hard in the stomach. "Wake up turd!" she yelled, her voice echoing off the many floating platforms.

The kid winced, Leo pushed her back "Hey, you're going to make it worse idiot!" He yelled. A loud, echoing roar was heard, the sound almost deafening. Leo sent out his Infernape, who picked up the knocked out boy, carrying him over the shoulder. A large, shadowy figure flew overhead, its red eyes gleaming as it saw the humans and pokemon below. "W-we should run" Leo said. "We have to hide!" He yelled, seeing the dragon further away, turning around to charge back at them. Leo jumped to the next platform over, but as he left the ground, his body twisted, making him land on a platform above them. "W-what the?" He said, confused at what happened.

"That's going to make escaping from that much harder" Leo said, turning to face the giant shadow Pokemon. Before be could move, one of the six shadowy wing/limbs coming from its back grabbed Leo and his infernape, along with Konnyr, it roared in triumph, then threw them, sending them crashing into a patch of oddly bent trees. It turned back to face Mio, preparing an attack.

The creature grabbed Mio and picked her up.
"Let me Goooooooooooooooooooooooooo!" Mio screamed, the last part faded into a shrill noise that made it drop her.
