You walk farther into the city and reach a wide river moat. The only way to cross to the rest if the city is a stone bridge. Schools of fish are seen swimming below.

I sit on the bridge and see if I can fish with any of the things in the tackle box

You open the tackle box and browse the contents for anything useful. Fishing hooks and lures litter the box. Fishing line is gathered in the corner of the box.

I use it the line and the hook to fish out some food... literally

You tie the hook onto the line and cast it into the water. You get a few bites before getting one stuck on the hook. You pull the line in, burning your hands as the fish tried to swim away with the line. You pull up a nicely sized fish and unhook it. Crashing it's head into the stone of the bridge, you kill your newfound meal.

Packing the tackle box, you carry the fish by it's tail fin and wander back to the housing district. There you find the Inn you slept in the previous night.
