(I think so anyways. I don't think I'm ever not at least somewhat braindead with my cocktail of health issues. Issues have mostly passed today, just tired as all heck now and burying myself in caffeine hoping things stay in remission. Been pretty productive though so *cracks knuckles*. Time to keep up the momentum.)
"I see. I'll plot that one out on the navigation system then."
She stepped back to the screen, circling the planet with a finger, before waving the holoscreen away.
Katia stepped into the bridge with a fresh uniform on and a small tote bag of various items and breathed a sigh.
"Well, I miss anything, guys? Kinda got caught up in something on the way back here."

"Not much. Just this guy," Kari pointed at Nicote, who was scowling, "not knowing what his own planet looks like."
"To be fair, he's Earthian." Meinke muttered.
Nicote looked annoyed. "I can assure you that I am not fully Earthian."

(Excellent. Just as planned.)
Katia tilted her head slightly, her antennae flopping slightly in her confusion.
"Earthian? Man, you guys got some weird terms for stuff.."
"What exactly did you get caught up in anyways, Katia?"
Irene took a seat near the front of the bridge, starting to enter coordinates into the shipboard computer.
"Oh, um.. Some guys in the hangar needed me to lift some stuff. At least it didn't take too long."
Katia set the bag down in a floor compartment and took a seat next to her mother.
"You weren't using your Aether again, were you?"
She glanced over at Katia, muttering something halfway audible in Russian to her.
"I..know, I know.. I mean.. It would have taken a lot longer without it, you know? I know I'm supposed to be super strong or something but there were a LOT of crates they needed moved. How'd you even know anyways?"
"Mother's intuition. And I heard the banging from onboard. Figured you were throwing something around again. You know what I told you before."
Irene said sternly.
"Mum, come on.. I know, but what's even the point of even having this stuff if we're not gonna ever use them anyways?" Katia questioned, pleadingly, as if she was trying to escape her mother's slow-brewing temper.
"This isn't a matter for me to decide, you are well aware of this. Just keep your mouth shut and, for the love of the god, stop throwing it around like a parlor trick for the air crewmen. They need to be doing their own jobs anyways."

"Hey, I think Mike would fit in here." Kair whispered to Meinke, who nodded.
Nicote rolled his eyes upwards. "I do not quite understand what is so odd about the word "earthian". It is a practical name and quite obvious enoigh."
"You just dont like telling people that you're from Ne-" kari started to say, before Meinke grabbed Nicotes handkerchief and plugged it into her mouth. "Eww! Gross!" She gaged. "Wht was that for?"
"Some thing are best left unsaid." Nicote scowled.

Katia opened her mouth to respond, just to get distracted by the bickering going on behind her.
"I mean, you could always go with something like Earthling, Earth-person, Earth.. um..human?"
Irene struggled to hold a straight face.
"Earth-human? That's a new one."
"I mean, yeah, as opposed to like.. moon-human or space-human or something. It's all I could come up with, alright?"
"I supposed if humanity was focused on identifying ourselves as such, it would have been a discussion long since held. Though I have heard the term Lunarian thrown around before by other species, I have to say Earthian is a new one. Usually we're just addressed as humans in this day and age. It gets too complicated with all of our interstellar colonies otherwise."

"Our planet was separated from all other for millennia. Aside from zearth, we had no other interactions. His, we simply use Earthian." Nicote stated.
"Becauee you were the only one anyone knew of." Meinke pointed out.
"....that's not the point....."
"Besdies, we cant use human. Wr have Terrarinian humans already. And Terrarinian elves. And-"
"Kari, stop confusing them. Basiclaly Terrarine has...a lot of different humanoid species. Hybrids too." Meinke quickly explained. THough still stuttering.

"I suppose there's some sense to that then. Let's not get hung on semantics and waste time though. I've gotten your coordinates down and I'm ready for departure as soon as you all are. Suggest you make yourselves comfortable, it might be a bit of a flight."
Irene strapped herself into the seat, clicking on the engines of the vessel.
Katia adjusted her wings to fit more comfortably in the seat as she looked over a few readings on the side of the cockpit regarding the engines and gave a nod to her mother. "Looks like we're all ready on my end too."

The trio got into their seats and buckled up. "Ready back here." Kari said.
"Uh...how fast does this thing go?" Meinke asked dnervously.
