You near the window, and, when you're about to open it, the munchkin grabs your right hand and you freeze.You violently shake your hand, but it is futile. Next, you weigh your options. You could try to pry it's wrinkly and disgusting fingers off with your other hand, or you could try you luck with violence by kicking him.
Sorry this was short.
Needs:
Choose which way you will get the weird creature off of you.

You successfully kick him and he groans as he falls off the bed. They tubes fling off him and you start to hear the sound of a staggered breath. You can infer he was hooked up for some medical reason, but he doesn't look injured. Then, of all things, the munchkin speaks in a hoarse voice, barily audible, and says, "You.....Th...an...nk y.... ou. Y....ou... mu...st h.....elp.... me... sa...ve.... the...m." Will you help the people of Dream Land?
