Mercedes gave another unsatisfied sigh. He really didn't want to come here, but his mother insisted since she knew the school was a good one. Mercedes would probably do anything for his mother, considering what she'd gone through with his father. He hoped that man was drunk and dead in an alley.
He shook his head, clearing his bitter thoughts. Anyone who knew him in middle school had known that he was more unstable then. Now, he was happier.
"Let's go check out our dorm assignments, hopefully I'm not stuck with any lunatics."
Saren rolled his eyes, and smiled a bit. "I don't think anyone here is quite as crazy as you."
Mercedes punched his shoulder lightly and grumbled a bit as he walked into the building with Saren.
