Weather may be a fun idea as long as you make sure not to abuse it.

I think the power of weather would be great, but then there'd have to be a giant disadvantage since controlling weather is like...deciding whether you want to go somewhere or not and then suddenly your tiger birdy thingy decides to anger me and makes it rainy XD

Hmmm....I wouldn't say like a 6 hour thing...I think you should be able to use it whenever as long as you promise to use it responsibly.

Appearance: Just not metallic. XD

Behavior/Personality: A scholar to a fault, Mei is always asking questions and seeking out answers. An eager, curious girl, she ran away to see the world, and has yet to be truly disappointed. An idealist and an optimist, she's always looking for a peaceful compromise.

Power(Only one): Mei can fly without the aid of wings, and (if the 'flight' thing is counted as natural-and-thus-not-a-power) can breathe underwater.

Fear(s)/Disadvantage(s)/Dislike(s): Mei, being small and physically weak (for a dragon) is afraid of getting into a fight. Her thin frame, short limbs, and large head make her a poor melee fighter, and her on-land movements awkward and clumsy.

Strongest advantage(Limited to 1-3): By far her intellect. Being a thinker by nature, she's often one of the first to solve a puzzle or figure out a solution.
