I've had a really rough year and finding positive highlights proves difficult. With dear friends passing and family too, I've found it difficult to find joy in much of anything...even video games. The thing is, though I didn't spend as much time on the site, I was never let down by the community here on Sylestia. This is my positivity for this post.

On some of my darkest nights, I would log in and within minutes I would be smiling. I didn't even have to say anything just being around the people in region chat and seeing how awesome people can be to others really just would light up my nights.

I just want my friends and everyone in this community to know, you have helped me through some very dark times. I know you may not even realize it, but you have brought such shining light into the darkness and given me such joy. This is something I could never repay, but I just hope that I can help along the way someday for you. Thank you, Eim, for this contest for me to be able to put to words my thoughts.

I got lucky enough to be able to make 7 restricted trait Lighiras from the Sumemr fest. I love the update that was released for the nurturing grounds! There are so many to shout out on this site so lets start with Imperium, for all of the uplifting helpful perfume parties, gathering all of that water to extend the spring festival for so very very long, and now this! SpaceElf1 for always being so polite, kind and levelheaded while still being able to make really funny jokes and for all the advice they gave me when I was still new to the site. GravenFlame for always making me smile when I waltz into chat. Parzivalsgame for getting me excited about breeding again. Unstaeble for patiently allowing me to send PM's back and forth when I needed it. Sakina for always making me laugh in chat with all of the crazy amazing things that are said. Aelingalathynius because I said so. Pirate for always badgering Krin for cat pictures and just in general. You all and so many others are completely amazing. I can't gush about just one pet so I will gush about all of my Aeridini and Faelora. I love each and every one of them that I own. They are all so beautiful and I just cannot get enough of them! I am also finding a new love of the Ny'Vene's but it's not quite to the level of obsession yet lol. I do have a few projects that I am so excited about, but they won't start until mid to late next year at the earliest. So much IRL to do before then XD This site and community have helped me through some pretty tough spots over the last year just by being here when I needed to get away, and I will never forget the kindness I have been shown here.

I'm pretty new to Sylvestia, but I've gotten 2 egglings from naming 2 of the user (Pirana)'s pets! The names were Zaon and Yunalesca and she liked them, so since she named her pets the names I picked I was able to choose any 4 of her pets to breed and I get the 2 egglings! It made me feel welcome to the site for sure. :)

This year has also been the best I've done with theme designs!

My first festival design was created, and with the help of many players, I created a 5v project and bred max stats of them ^^

My Draeyl army is expanding, which is always awesome. Plus, Fall Fest has been the fest I have been looking forward to all year, and my first Fall Fest did not disappoint!

This festival I was top of the Ryori board for the third round of the contests and I won the 3-vis Spellcaster's Curse Ryori! And since I had been saving some gold up I managed to get a 3-vis Spellcaster's Curse Ryori of the opposite gender! They're so pretty :D
