"Well, maybe its because I couldn't battle, I never had any Pokemon and Leo refused to let me use his wooper, either way, he didn't stand a chance against the others" Sylver said, bored. "Even now, I doubt I could win, they're champions and elite 4, I only have around 4 gym badges." Sylver said, showing her four badges. Leo came back with the drink while talking to Kai, telling him about pokemon contests. Sylver grabbed the drink before Leo could drop it. "So, my mom set up battle grounds, want to have a quick round?" She asked.

"Sure!" Mio said, walking over to a battlefield.

"V'rava...." Dusty growled, fazed by the sudden landing. "Don't need to tell me twice," Ashley mumbled. She looked around at the willpower grunts. "Hm. Sure are a lot of them," she commented.

"Alright, lets see who's up first" She said, grabbing her 5 pokeballs, starting to juggle them. After a few more seconds of juggling, she intentionally dropped one ball, kicking it gently with her foot. A Luxio popped out of the ball, sparkling with electricity

"we have to make sure Azelf is well protected, we're mostly a scouting fleet. "Okay grunts, move out!" He told his followers. They nodded, vanishing into the trees as they began searching for any possible threat. "And remember, don't harm any wild pokemon, just make sure they stay out of the way" He told them

"Alright, go Maximus!" Mio cried.
"Camerupt!!!!" Maximus growled.
"Camerupt, use Earthquake!" Mio commanded.
The ground started to shake under the battlefield...

"Luxie, switch out!" She called him back, sending back to the loop of juggling balls. She dropped another one, kicking the pokemon inside out. "Gli! gar!" it yelled as it flew out "Return the favor, Earthquake!" She told it. The gligar let out a battle cry, causing another Earthquake.

"Maximus! Use Eruption!" Mio cried. Camerupt sent two bursts of lava from its back, covering Gligar in hot magma.
The battle started to draw the attention of the party guests.

Ashley glanced around. Dusty tested his wings once more before attempting to fly.

The gligar did a quick flip, getting the magma off of it. "Earthquake, again, Glis!" She told the gligar. It let out a strong Earthquake attack again.
