You browse the nonfictjon section idly, not really finding much interest in the biographies of various world leaders, until you come across something that belongs in the fiction section: A History of Verdena.

There's no author listed, but the dedication reads what looks like, For Ana. It's obviously handwritten in somewhat shaky script, the ink heavily blotched and smeared so as not to be discerned in some places.
