He hurry her out the door and lead her away from the place all togedther. He knew better then assume they were safe, before they leave he had saw the face of his father glaring from across the hallway. It wasn't only his life on the ligne now but her fate as well and she didn't knew nearly enough for her to be safe alone.

As soon as they stepped outside, she went into a full out run. She would look behind her a few times every now and then to see if he was still behind her. When she felt they had gotten far enough, she slowed to a stop. She was breathing heavily. There was still fear in her eyes. She looked at Skaaul. While she said nothing, it was clear that she wanted to know what was happening.

" Alright, alright, you deserve the whole story this time." He sigh " The dragon that was in my home, the one who want me, well us now, dead is my father..." His face was contorded with disgust while he said the last word. " I refused to obey and let him chose my mate and he banish me from the familly as retaliation. The thing is, our familly were in an older time tied to the royal familly as their protectors we receave a gift. The first child born after the last one die get the power of the golden flame, tho no one know what it does anymore." He smirk " I think you know where this is going ... when i left, i took my father's prized possession away from him and now he want it back."

He reply flatly " As for why he want it back, simply for braging right i supose or maby he had found a way to activate it once more." She calmed down some at his touch. O-ok. She whispered. She sighed. She was still terrified, but her breathing and heart rate were back to normal.

Knowing him, Skaaul knew that the older male was now assuming that they were togedther.He however decided against saying it out loud while she was still scared from the encounter. " Comme on now, let's get moving before this roten old lezard track us down once more, not like he stend a chance." He said that with pride in his voice but he didn't realy belived the last part.

Ya, youre strong, you could take him, but better to not try, right? She said. She laughed a bit, but it seemed rather fake. She began to walk towards the busier part of town so they could get lost among the crowds.

" I can make it seem like an accident if he ever try anything." He reply with a hint of seriousness as he follow her closely, never letting her leave his sight.

Zilla weaved in and out of the crowd. She constantly looked back to make sure Skaaul was behind her. She eventually walked in to a little cafe. She walked to a table farthest from the front door. W-wait here for me, ok? She said to him. She then quietly walked to the counter and talked to a rather young looking dragon working there. Zilla seemed nervous through the whole transaction. The dragon ran up the stairs then she returned to Skaaul.
