as you get closer you see the dragon come into view. it's runic. but something seems wrong. her scales are an inky black and she seems to be sick or suffering

She dipped her head, waiting for permission before touching the scales of the dragon to see if she could tell what was wrong

runic allows you to. you can't find anything wrong. Runic explains "My state reflects that of the water in Dragonverse. something has gone horribly wrong. someone has polluted it. I need you to find the source and stop them."

She gave a nod, "I'll head there now to see if I can find the source" she took note of the direction and gave a second bow before heading off that way.. swimming time..

you reach the area and immediately see a black fog of what looks like oil or some kind of sluggish black liquid.

you look around but can't see anything from under the water. you need a higher view.
