It would probably have to be limited though, mainly because shape shifting into someone with different abilities would kind of negate the whole idea of the RP. Then again, that is already OP so...

Yeah I would definitely not allow being able to "shapeshift abilities"... if they were able to change their appearance to someone with a different power, it would be in appearance only.
