Malak frowned softly, his almost delicate eyebrows curving downward. "How do i explain allergies?" he asked aloud. "Well, maybe you don't have any, considering that you don't know what they are." He noticed how the other would flinch at his touch. "It'll be okay. Just trust me."

At the voice he stopped. That wasn't master, the voice was far too high pitched. In fear the Illired hunched his back in an attempt to make himself look bigger before letting out a low growl. He didn't want to fight though his own curiosity may have gotten him into a situation he couldn't run from.

The man simply nodded at the words he was told. How did he know he could trust this man? The was just it he didn't know if he could. He didn't want to say anything else, he was shaking too bad to want to. He just wanted to go home, or to have someone to hold him close enough that he wouldn't be afraid anymore. He just wanted to not be afraid...

Malak took the other man inside his hut. He had him take a seat on the cushions before he went and got some water. He sat beside him and offered him the cup. "Here, this will help calm you down as well. Just drink slowly." He then watched the other with worry.

Rune dried his hair thoroughly with some clothe before examining his bruised side. The bruise had turned a deep purple, that made his stomach churn. He small sigh escaped him as he looked away and started putting on his layers of clothes. He pulled on his hoodie before grabbing his mostly empty bag of belongings. He had removed most of the things he had found and given his hunt to his grandmother to do what she wanted with it, either sell it or prepare for a meal. Rune walked through the home and looked over at his grandmother who had settled in the kitchen. "I'll be back." He told her quietly.

"Don't forget anything, alright?"

"I won't." Rune was then off and set out into the city.

The 'home' was so much different than his own home. This one was nicer and why more colorful. It was hardly falling in as well. When offered the cup he looked at it for a moment before taking it with a shaking hand. It had been a long time since he had drank anything even as remotely clean as this. Most of the time he just drank what puddled up in the yard or what he found standing. This though wasn't brown, or nasty looking. He still felt out of place here, with his black and white suit and red bow tie, everything around him seemed so colorful compared to himself. He still didn't wish to speak though, but instead quietly took in his surroundings as he slowly calmed down.

Something touched his hands making him jump forward, towards the person. The Illired yelped when he collided with the human, his near scaled skin gritting some as they touched. Where were they?! Was he surrounded? Scared he hunkered down trying to find the human around him. Sometimes he hated not being able to see, it made life much more difficult. He wasn't fully equipped for a completely sightless life yet he couldn't see that well all the more.

It had seen him! What was he to do now? He bowed up in yet another attempt to make himself look larger before bearing his pointed teeth. With a snarl he raised his hand in a defensive move. Please let it work! He just wanted to be left alone and find his master! Was that too much to ask?!
