Is it ok if I wait to officially enter untill wanderers are allowed? He's not quite social enough to make a good merchant.

Well, then I guess you'll have to wait a couple of years...
Or, make a character thats better at socializing.
I am not allowing wanderers until everyone in this RP knows each other well, and knows how to RP collabs.

Image of kingdom (Optional):
Capital city: DeepWater(pictured above)
Trading cities(Optional): Mostly Underground Black Market that connects to the two closest kingdoms Has been trying to get trades out farther but with no luck
Other cities (Optional): Shallow(West), Aquarious(east)(but they are spreading)
Species of sylesties that live there: Zolnixi and other canid mainly, a few other outcasts as well

Tono was the first King of Shulkura, and was king to the Late Queen, Tikki. he was a gentle and caring king much like his wife, yet he was a bit of an introvert, and preferred to be alone. Aside from that he had a deep hate for Volcanois.
Queen(Personality&Pic):
BlueJay (goes by Blue or Jay)
Age: 24
Blue is a humble ruler, Hand picked by the Late Queen Tikki. she is the youngest ruler Shulkura has ever had, and has so far proven herself to one of their best rulers. she does not Want to be called queen for she feels that she is no higher than anyone else, and often spends much time out of the castle. Before she Was Queen Blue was the leader of one of the warrior patrols that patrolled the borders. She is a deadly warrior, but you wouldent know that from her soft and sweet composure. Although she lacks a king she has a Adopted daughter(Katana below) who she knows will make a great leader when she is gone. She is very protective of the ones she loves(basically the whole kingdom), and will defend them with her life. If you try to hurt or take one she loves, it may be the last thing you do.

Katana Was left to die at the boarder of Sharaga and Shulkura when she was a pup. Blue who was still only a warrior took Katana in as her own and raised her with the help of her overseer Tikki, the queen. Katana Loved blue and thought of her as a mother, even though blue was too young to have pups of her own. Now in her teens Katana has grown into a fine warrior and a fit princess. Like bue she enjoys being with the people and does not consider herself better than even the smallest creatures. She has a knack for getting in and out of tight situations, and a strong love for adventure. she loves to be out on the water and exploring the caverns while she searches for crafting materials.
Freedom
Backstory of Shulkura:
Few know about the young beautiful unseen city that was found by an outcast band of nixis long ago. They were taken from their original homes in Volcanois and forced to flee when the new rulers took over. They came to this place it was barren on the surface Craters in the rock hard ground and only a few dead trees to be seen. the water that lay stagnant on the surface was moldy and vile in some places and clear in others, but with nowhere else to go the band had no choice. After a while the group discovered that the surface was not the only place this land had to offer. under the surface the ground was lush and fertile and large canals and clean rivers flowed under its rocky exterior. years past and the group began to grow and expand. Shulkura is not much of a kingdom but it is home to those who live there, and is a safe haven for travelers. Shulkura does not trade with Volcanois due to their past altercations and lack of trust of the kingdom and differing views.
