Astral saw the creature looming through the shadows, looking around to make sure nothing else was watching, she unsheathed her extra-sharp extra-long claws, and prepared to rip, prepared to sink her teeth into the flesh of the unsuspecting creature.

@Babaaeyes, Good entry, however I think that power was taken already. Not sure, and I don't really believe my guess but it's most likely the exact same thing. Fantasizing has the power to melt into the 'shadows' while you can melt into the 'darkness'. This is relatively the same thing, so I'd suggest you change your power ^^"

Also, could you kind of...make a longer example of roleplaying? As in one of the rules state,
- You don't post a short sentence or run-on sentences, such as:
Jade walked around slowly and stopped and turned her head and said, "Oh, hello there."

I believe you have a better capacity of spelling than that, so if you could make your example longer, that'd be great ^^"

Perytons are half-deer and half-falcon. He is quite young though, so he is a bit smaller than these perytons and has faint spots still along his back.
(Some believe that they also have human parts, [Legs, arms, chest, etc...] but I shall not have mine with human portions in this roleplay.)
Behavior/Personality:
Being half-deer and half-falcon takes it's toll on his emotions, of course. Nao is smart an cunning, but is also gentle and not easily trusting. There is a darker, more evil side of him that not a lot of people know about. If you do come across this part of him however, you might not last very much longer. He hides behind his cute face as a mask to deceive anyone suspicious of him.
Power(Only one):
He is not a mind reader, though if he gets a good enough look into your eyes he can figure out your emotions and traits.
Fear(s)/Disadvantage(s)/Dislike(s):
When startled or surprised, his more deer side takes over and he is usually quick to flee.
Strongest advantage(Limited to 1-3):
The long antlers atop Nao's head are more than enough advantage than he needs. He is a graceful fighter with these horns, and I'm surprised they are not yet bloodstained. :3

How you roleplay:
Silent paw prints left by a natural predator trailed behind Nao as he ran up a small grassy hill. He quietly signaled the other hunters to follow with a flick of his tail. It was his job to provide meals for his pack, and he wasn't going to let them down now. He had only been the Lead hunter for the Lyall for a little while, but he'd always found some sort of meat to bring back to the others. Unfortunately though, there had been a shortage or prey for the last few days in the Lyall territory. He wouldn't come back empty handed this time, even if it meant venturing into Aatu territory. That would be tricky though, for the Aatu had been Lyall enemies for generations upon generations. As his deep yellow eyes scanned the area below him, his tail lowered. No prey at all could be seen, even at the highest point in his territory. Was he willing to risk the lives of the other hunters? A thought struck the ginger-colored wolf. These guys are loyal, and even if I told them they couldn't go, they would still follow...
He turned around and inhaled deeply as the wind started to pick up. There was defiantly no trace of any prey here, and that just wouldn't do. "Alright wolves, everyone come here. We are going to have a little meeting..." Even if he hadn't been eating for a while, his voice was still proud and true.

Looking up at the night sky, Felica gave a huge yawn of boredom. She's been a stone tigar since the dawn of the Song Dynesty, and her jaws are starting to crack. You'd think that living for over 200 years would give a person some respect. But what does she get?
Nothing but a mouth-full of moss and back pains, She thought.
With a shake of her tail, the stone statue before the eyes of silence began to shift and crack. With a loud crack! it spilt in half and a white tiger emerged from the light. Licking her paws, she checks if anything's out of place. Looking from her fur, seeming to notice something wrong, she snapped her claws with an annoyed expression.
Out of nowhere, an orb appeared out of thin air where the stone used to stand. "There you are." She said with an expectant attitude.

She threw the orb on the ground in a sudden action and watched as it breaks into a million pieces. A beam of light emerged and floated at an amazing speed towards the tiger. It merged into her back and immediately, a pair of light, falcon-like wings sprouted from her back!

"It's good to be back."

Ty ^^ oh, and do tell if the power's a little bit too dull. I'm actually debating on whether or not she should have the power to control the weather (to a certain extent). Then again, She is a flying tiger. Who knows?
