Is it a chalkboard? Because when its clean there is no chalk on it and its white, when its dirty, it has chalk on it, therefore it is white!

New riddle:
It has bank with no money, a mouth but does not speak, it runs without feet, and is gentle yet can cut through metal. What is it?
Also: in case you guys didn't see my note on the first page, here it is again.
NOTE: I would like to know if anyone wants to keep the game running longer than the few pets that I have. If so, we will need to start a donation for pets.

Good job! I bought a few cheap pets with lots of traits to add to the pile, go and pick your favorite (remember that they are at the bottom of tab four).
Last riddle for the night:
An older man has a very regular routine. He gets up, makes breakfast, eats with his bed-ridden wife, kisses her goodbye, takes the elevator to the bottom of their building, and goes to work. Then he comes home, rides up the elevator, greets his wife, makes dinner, then goes to bed. One day, he is in the elevator when the power goes out and it stops. He immediately knows that his wife is dead. How?

His wife is on some type of life support, such as a ventilator. Without power, the life support does not function and she dies.
(Before anybody starts, yeah, I know those things have batteries and other fail-safes. This is just a riddle.)

is it a tissue? because it will disintegrate in water and gently float down when dropped off a bulding.
