I avoid fanfic like the plague now, so I have nothing to offer. Back when I was younger, I found AO3 interesting when it was first starting up but I haven't been around it in years.

All the time honestly, I have half a novel I wrote I didn't even get to the finished stage with for exactly that reason. I guess it's a sign of improvement, but I certainly don't feel like it is when I have to write college essays. ;;

I listen to music constantly just to focus, so yes. I like listening to stuff like vgm or synthwave when I write. Very calming

I don't really have a favorite word though. I do say tedious and asinine a lot though.

Asinine is great I love it. All I think of though when someone says it is Revali going "I mean... it's just asinine."

I like several words... antidisestablishmentarianism being one of them because it is ridiculously long (and yes I spelled it right on my own first try because I like it way too much and use it far more often than I should)

I think it's okay as long as it's not offensive or nsfw. Like, if I wrote a rpf about shigeru miyamoto and had him travel to the worlds of his own creation and become an epic hero among them vs. shigeru x sakurai or sumthin

I kinda fell off the face of the Earth. School is hard, and life is harder! And I have too many things to do and not enough time.
What time of day do you do most of your writing? For me it's between 10 and 1 PM. :3 that explains the spelling mistakes.
I think I'm gonna start working on my novelizations again after I finish my college essays. :/
And another question - do you take excessive time worldbuilding or let the details get ironed out themselves? I personally am an obsessive worldbuilder, hence why I have 3 worlds. xD
Also on the subject of lore and worldbuilding, there's this minecraft map I play (it's a good game :)) that has LORE. It's freaking fascinating and easily the most detailed and gorgeous map I've seen. Like these devs have 70+ PAGES of straight lore for a MINECRAFT map. I'm in tears. (it's called Drehmal v2 if anyone's wondering.) Literally I wanna ask them if I can write them a story because it's that good. And it's original, too!
