You approach the old woman, and you can hear her muttering, but you can't quite make out what she's saying. As you get close, she notices you, and holds the jar out to you. "Kind elf, would you be willing to help me out and open this here jar, please?"

You enter the building and see a broadly built sterrinoch standing behind a counter, wiping it down. She eyes you for a moment. "You looking to rent a room, eol?" she asks.

"Jam," the woman says, and then smacks her lips together hungrily. You can see that she's missing quite a bit of teeth. "My old bones don't work like they used to, you know." Indeed, as you look into the jar from the clear side, it seems as if there is some sort of jam inside.

You cautiously open the jar, and...
...Nothing happens. It does smell like jam, though. The old woman squeals in delight and takes it from you, dipping a wrinkled finger in and licking the stuff right off. "Thank you, dear. Is there anything I can do for you?"
