Yay I am glad to hear you've been doing some relaxing fun stuff and feeling a lil better!! :) I know that's something I personally need to do. Don't have anyone to go with me though. Not so fun alone

So, I really just need to let this all out. Need a therapist here.

I've got too much pressure to get good grades. I've never gotten anything lower than an A, and this doesn't come naturally. It takes hours of studying every night, which can get exhausting. I do this because I want to be a dermatologist when I am older, which will take lots of smarts. All of this studying and all kinds ignore pressure has led me to have anxiety attacks daily, which consist of hyperventilating, turning red, dizziness, stuff like that. Then there are my extreme attacks, which started happening recently. Everything overwhelems me, and I break down crying. (I'm very sensitive and can cry very easily.) One time I fainted, and it isn't pleasant. Any advice?

Clearly you're overworking yourself. No amount of studying is worth taking away your basic need of survival, which is shelter, food and decent amount of sleep. (I'm assuming your somewhere the same age as me; because the amount of sleep is different depending on age) It's healthiest to get around 8-9 hours of sleep but no less than 4 hours. Less than that could cause sickness, hallucinations, mood swings and anxiety (trust me, I've been down that road, it's a rather bumpy ride). And Take breaks every once in a while; yes it's important to keep your grades up but it's also important to enjoy yourself here and now because your never going to get this moment back. So don't stress yourself over it, clearly you're doing great making straight A's (if it helps you feel any better, your doing way better than I am) with grades like that, you're going to get into a great school, I guarantee it. And as a school tip, when it comes to reading or finding information just find the key points (or what you would need) then move on, that way you'll answer questions or write responses so much quicker. Trust me, it works.

Thanks for the advice, and for the faith in me. I think this is good advice, and I'll try to get some more sleep, I think 9:45 should be a suitable bedtime.
