Wraith watched in stunned silence. He'd never seen her so tired. She'd just... passed out. In all honesty, he wasn't sure what to do.

(k)

She woke up an hour or so later, sitting up and placing a hand on her face. She must've no, did pass out. Great. Until she refueled her energy, that may or may not happen often. And the only way to properly do that was quite simple actually. She just had to steal the life force from other living creatures. Simple.

((well then that's a nice way of re-energizing))

Wraith, since then, had fallen back asleep, apparently content enough to simply ready so his injuries could heal properly. Occasionally, he would mumble something or let out a soft huff in his sleep, tossing and turning in his makeshift bed. He'd always had trouble sleeping. It was nothing new, but he still hated the nightmares.

Her eyes narrowed, staring at him. It wouldn't be very nice to take his life force, but she needed energy. She pondered over this for quite some time.

Wraith continued in his troubled sleep, though he was quite silent for someone suffering from nightmares. Often enough he'd turn and make a sour face, or grab at some injured part of his arms or neck as if they bothered him, but he was still quite heavily unconscious.

She sighed, and began singing quietly. It was in Latin, and it soothed his nightmares. Anyone who heard it would be mesmerized by it. It was a song her mother had sung to her when she was a child, when she had nightmares. It worked, at least when she had actual nightmares. Other times, however, her nightmares became reality.
