How does your quirk work?: It lets him do anything a flexable robot can do. Like a contorsionist kind of flexable and can turn his head almost all the way around but if he turns it to much it will spark and become damaged.

Characters Backstory: He started out looking human but as he got older his skin turned to metal his oragans dried up and then he ended up tossed asside by his parents. He became a freak show clown to earn a living.

I have a couple villain characters and I think one of them could probably get along with Ollie, haha.
