"Mmmph!!! Mmmph!" Mio screamed through the duct tape. Her whole body felt like it was on fire. And her head... Her head was burning like a white hot poker was pressed to the tracking device under her skin. Luca pulled the tape off of her mouth.
"Retrieve your frigging Magnezone!!!" Mio yelled.

"Well, isn't that interesting, some piece of metal in your head, some sort of tag or..." she said, her expression unchanging. "I'll return it if you tell me what that thing in your head is" she bargained, freeing herself from the bag and climbing on top of the magnezone "also, I want the lucario in a ball, so tell me where that is" she requested. "Or else no escape from magnet pull" she said, a cheery smile still on her face.

"It's a tracking device." Mio said. "Dad put it in my head so he can never lose me. He doesn't want to lose me." Mio said. "And my Lucario doesn't have a pokeball."

"So I assume that's why your dad and mom came the first time you were arrested?" She figured. "Well, if your lucario doesn't have a ball, I should be able to capture it" she said, grabbing a few ultra balls. "Now, in the ball, or else I don't put away little zonie here" she told the lucario, throwing an ultra ball. "Chatler, you know what to do" she told the chatot, who used pluck on the girl, getting the tracking device out of her and passing it to the staraptor, which was strong enough to pull the small piece of metal away from the magnet field.

"You stole Luca!!!!" Mio screamed. Blood started to drip from behind her ear. "Give... Him... BACK!!!!" she roared.
"Metagross, use Meteor Mash!" a voice yelled.
"Garchomp, use Dragon Claw!" another voice commanded.
Magnezone was sent flying fifty feet.
Steven Stone and Professor Sycamore walked out of the trees.
"What is going on here?" Steven asked, raising an eyebrow at the woman.
"Professor! Steven!" Mio cried. "She took Luca!"
"I know. But she will never be able to use him." Sycamore said.

"You'll get him back once you serve your sentence, plus, legally, it isn't stealing it's a wild Pokmon" she corrected her, laying on her magnezone. "Floatzie" she snapped her fingers as she let out a floatzel, which promptly spit a stream of water at the girl, putting out the flames. Satisfied with her work, she duct taped the girls mouth again, then returned her magnezone and floatzel. She fixed the large stone in the necklace she was wearing before she continued with the girl on her way to the police station in jubilife, the chatot returning to her shoulder.

Sycamore and Steven ran after the woman.
"As Champion Master of the Hoenn region, I command you to stop!" Steven said.
"Luca doesn't have a pokeball, because it was destroyed in a fire." Sycamore said. "Luca saved Mio from the fire at Lysandre Labs in Kalos, but it lost its hearing, and its pokeball, in the accident. You are technically stealing."

Ashley avoided eye contact. "We got Quaggy and freed the other Pokemon but........Uxie cosprayers got him.... told me to come back here... tell you to hurry....power up Azelf..... before Uxie complainers do it first.... they're planning to do it the same day you plan to, same place too....." she couldn't say anymore

"Either way, she's a wanted criminal, she shouldn't have custody of her current Pokemon anyways" she told Sycamore. "Wait, what are you doing here? I can understand Steven, but why you?" She asked, then turned away from them "plus, I don't have to listen to you Steven, you're in Sinnoh, not Hoenn, you can't control me here" she scoffed, her smile for once fading. "Now, I'm taking her to prison, not adult prison, more of a sciency prison, her crimes are unprovoked physical assault, resisting arrest, and prison break" she told them, putting her hand on the giant rock necklace she was wearing, feeling the markings on it.
