The answer is: No.

Kudos to you, Timelapse, for referring to the prize TM Vorpa egg instead of to the "real" egg. It may seem like a small thing, but I think it helps people to remember that they are hunting for Prize Eggs, which may exist only as images in a thread post or in an About Me--that is, they may not be "real" egglings in a Hatchery at all. Remember folks, a Prize Egg is a Prize Egg, whether or not it is a "real" egg that has already been bred.

The answer is: Yes!

Just to help everybody out, let me remind all players that a Prize Egg can be either a bred egg siting in a Hatchery or an image of an egg posted somewhere. Also, please remember that a bred egg will have hatched by now, so even though it's a technically a "Prize Egg," it's actually in the form of a pet now.

Finally, consider that eggs--both Prize Eggs and fake eggs--which are images of eggs may have been turned into images of pets. Those that were Prize Eggs are still "Prize Eggs," even though they now are images of pets. You can call them "Prize Pets" or "Prize Hatchlings" if you want to--the object is still to find the little rascals!
