As soon as she came into the room, she curled up on the bed. She fell asleep nearly immediately. Her snores were barely audible. She would shift a little bit in her sleep but for the most part slept soundly.

During that time he let her be, no nead to be a creep and stare at her while she was sleeping. He procead to add the chocolate and cherrys in the batter before seting it in the various holes of the cupcake tray before setting it to bake.

Zilla didnt sleep too terribly long. She woke up a little less than an hour later. Though she seemed bothered. She sat and stared at the floor. She tapped her claws against the floor. After a moment she paced around a bit. When she stopped again, she ripped out one of her scales. She yelped a little but let out a sigh of relief. She spit the scale into a trash can, then grabbed out her little coin pouch and quietly went back to the kitchen.

He was just finishing to put the frosting on the cupcakes when she enter. " You are back already ? " He wasn's mad on anything, it was his way to aske her if she had sleep enough.

She nodded with a little smile. Her tail whipped around, hiding where she had ripped out a scale. She walked over and pulled a few coins from her pouch. She gave them to him. I really appreciate this but I feel guilty staying with ya without some sort of actual pay. She said.

He shook his head " You nead it more then me, your silence on my wereabout is more then enough." The house was usualy silent and being inside too long was reminding him of his situation, this was a nice break from that for him.

She sighed. She nearly considered forcing him to accept her kindness, but decided against it. If you say so... she mumbled. She let her tail sink to the floor.

He sigh noticing her tail drop " What is it now ?"

Well, I just feel guilty is all. I mean silence is an easy thing. I can lie real well and lying to protect you is more of just common decency than payment. I hate to stay with you, though it is just a night, without proper payment. I know it is silly. She said. She pawed at the floor and looked away, sort of ashamed.

" You dealt with my bad attitude so it's fine..." he mutter ambarassed before grabing the trail of freshly bake cupcake and setting it on the table. " They are still hot but it should be fine."
