"I got that much. What do they want with us, is the question." Wraith shot back quietly, drawing his weapon.

They can suddenly see them clearly-And theyre WAY outnumbered.

"...well. Any suggestions?" Wraith glanced at Ciki, an eyebrow raised.

" The only option we have is to run..." She grimaced a bit at the word. " Fighting them would be suicide. "

"I suppose we run, then." Wraith huffed, diving into one of the nearby shadows.

She turns into a shadow. Wow.

Then there's a bright light, and the shadows disappear. Well, except her.

Due to the light, Wraith was also driven out of his hiding, letting out a hiss as the light burned his skin.

They're surrounded, and they soon get attacked.

Wraith kept close to Ciki, defending as best he could without harming himself, though he did get his a few times. They healed rather quickly, but he knew they wouldn't be able to keep this up forever.

She knew that too, and even though she did get slightly injured, they weren't with the right weapon. At least, till a flaming arrow flew past her face, making a cut on her cheek. And she acutely became aware that they weren't just randomly attacking; they knew what they were doing. She could even smell the dreamshade in the air now.
