Lacey snorted and looked away again.

"Sorry," Aydan said apologetically. "She doesn't like people much. Anyway, do you two know who the scientist in charge of you is? We should probably talk to them about you.Ase and I will get into some serious trouble otherwise".

"No I can't remember." Angela said

"Oh. Well we'll figure that out later" Aydan said. "When was the last time you ate? We should probably go get you some food and water if it's been a while. I have a mini fridge in my office. I was planning to go there anyway to make sure that Itri's doing alright"

Lacey's stomach growled at the mention of food.

(so it's officially Lacey:D)She stood awkwardly at the mention of food but kept her mouth shut."well, er,what am I going to do?" She asked Ayden.She knew he probably didn't know,but she asked anyway.

"I'd think that you would come to my office with us. You need to eat to" Aydan answered.

She gave Ayden a look of gratefulness and followed him to his office.

Aydan led the small group to his office. He stepped inside, waving for the children to follow him. Itri looked up as the people stepped inside, but stayed where he was sitting next to the bookcase in the corner. Aydan walked over to the mini fridge in the corner and started shuffling through it's contents. "Let's see. We have some apples and pears, some carrots, milk if you're thirsty" He closed the fridge and opened the door to a small pantry. "We also have some cereal, and bread and peanut butter and jelly and stuff if you want sandwiches or toast. What do you kids want?"

Itri had walked over to where Lacey was standing while his father was talking.

Lacey's stomach growled again, but she ignored it and didn't tell Aydan that she wanted any food, still not trusting him. Itri looked at her with concern.

"Just give me two apples." Tiger said politely

"Of course." Aydan said, handing the youth two bright red apples.

Tiger handed Angela an apple and they ate quietly
