The girl, who had previously been watching their actions silently, suddenly spoke in a horrible raspy tone that just did NOT fit her appearance
"Ignore the bird man, he'll be alright. Continue messing around though and I will personally make sure he will not be. Come now, get your bags before I destroy them."

Aaladriel curses under his breath and hisses a bit as he pulls his leg out of the trap. "Holy mother of CRUD, that was dumb." Well, at least now I know which squares NOT to step on.... argh. Wincing a little bit at the sting where the metal cut him, Aaladriel carefully steps on the non-flattened squares towards the girl and the bags.

Tory shrugs and figures she ought to follow the girl's directions, so she carefully follows the path of non-flattened squares in an attempt to get to the bags at the other side.

The girl didn't make any aggressive moves, even helping to adjust the backpack's strap over Artemis' shoulder as he clearly couldn't carry it well due to his lack of grip. Soon enough though everybody had their bag except for one and she pointed to an odd-coloured patch of wall before stepping back.
After that though she made an unzipping gesture as if politely ordering them to open their bags.

Tory fans herself, already getting hot, and then quickly unzips her bag, keeping her face away from the opening. She doubted anything was going to fly out, but hey, being safe.
