You're missing a fatal flaw and something in your form from the rules :)
An alteration is 1 thing you can have changed about your character!
A lot of people have chosen things such as animal parts but you could choose things such as poisonous fangs, an inability to feel pain, mind reading, the ablity to speak, anything you can think of within reason!

Only got one slot left so I can't really save it cause I wanna get the first game started!
