Shaggy brown hair, medium-light skin, brow eyes. Hasn't quite hit puberty yet.

Personality
Xander has a bit of a temper issue as well as trust and lying issues (developed from trying to survive and not get into trouble, the trust issues coming from him not wanting to be hurt by anyone dying anymore). If you manage to get to him, he's just a normal preteen who just wants to follow his guardian's path of being a scientist and do something cool.

Crime(s)
He was suspected of killing his younger sister and his guardian. Which isn't actually true but the evidence is piled up against Xander, plus his rep of untruths didn't exactly help him.

Bio:
Xander and his sister were orphaned (his father committed a major crime and got ejected, his mother died from radiation a few years back) and they ended up living under a family friend. When Xander was 12 his temper got the better of him and someone who didn't like his father (or his guardian...who knows?) decided to strike and took Xander's remaining family out but missed Xander himself. And the rest is history.
