"yes my lady. i would know them if they were from on this continent. they are phoreners their skin is too dark for most kingdoms on our continent. my guess is they are either from the Heldranen kingdom or the asvena kingdom. if not those then one that i do not ye know." he said calmly and straight faced even as the blood from the arrow wounds seeped out from under the makeshift bandages.

he bowed "as you wish my lady." he then walked towards the captain of the guards and relayed the same infromation to him but strait backed and looking like a stone statue as hi did so. not at all how he looked when talking to you. the captain of the guard slapped hendric in the face and graved the front of his shirt and wispered something into his ear. hendric nodded then started walking stiffly to the guards room with a big red handpring on the right side of his face.

She didn't notice this interaction and continued into the palace, going to her bedrooms and sending a letter to her father about the current incidents.

he went to his room and got changed into some clean clothes and he carefully re-wrapped his wounds by himself. he didn't want to leave but he knew he had to track down the foreign soldiers so that he could keep this kingdom safe. he graved one change of clothes some food and water and picked some saddle bags. he took a fire starting kit and some bandages and snuck out of the guards rooms and went to the stables to saddle his black stallion. "come on Glaze were going to go hunting some bad guys" he rubbed his hors and hoped up into the saddle. he exeted the palace grounds threw a hidden alchove that his family knew of since they branched of fro the royal family and were mostly assasinated. he had left a letter on his bed saying what he was going to do so he felt no regret. he got to the forest and enged the horse onward hoping to make it as far as posible before night fell.

She sighed softly, thinking about the guard she encountered today. She felt bad that he'd gotten wounded protecting her family, and felt that he, along with the others had to be rewarded. And she would personally compensate the families of the soldiers who had lost their lives.

he was righing at a walk when he hopped off his horse and and studdied the half burried remains of a fire. he touched the coals and they were warm.he mounted his horse and continued on the way that the foreign soldiers whent. watching everything so he wouldnt be ambushed.
