(Probably, I mean, everyone else's is more of a flowing on and off thing, or permanently on, not like a light switch like his is. I mean if you want he can still be invisible but occasionally he flickers or idk and eliminate the not being able to move or whatever, and if you want to be undetectable, it's more reasonable that he also goes undetectable by camera or scanner or whatever when he's invisible rather than visible.)

Kasi watches her go, a smile playing across her face, she should be easy, hopefully... she thought waiting until she was far enough away until she slowly followed her, checking her device again quickly to make sure that the power monster was her and it seemed so.

Lilura wipes her sweaty palms on her jacket before entering the library and pushing back the hood. She smiles and waves at the librarian who smiles and waves back before heading towards her favorite part of the library. The fiction section. So far she was halfway through the Micheal Vey series, and eager to get her hands on the next book - which the library didn't have. Instead of re-reading, she decides on trying to figure out another book series she could try. She wanders the shelves as she looks.

Kasi follows, but just more slowly. She went to the library entrance and slowly peeked in, giving the librarian a smile and a wave as she entered the building. Walking slowly inside she sneaked another peek at the device, quickly locating the power monster, as she called them. Walking around she finally spotted her and walked up from behind, thinking of what she should do, this was her first time out after all.
"Hello again! I can't believe I found you again, what a surprise and I wasn't even looking for you! I'm Kasi by the way, you are?" She held out her hand, hiding the feeling of disgust of shaking hands with one of these beasts.

Lilura blinks as she faces the same person from before, the comment about 'looking for you' really putting her on alert. She over comes her surprise at being approached upon from behind and gives a laugh, "Fate, no? Nice to meet you Kasi; I am Lilura." She gives Kasi a bright smile and shakes her hand once before dropping her hand and reaching for a book.
"Ever read the Micheal Vey series?" She says, handing Kasi the book, "Do you like to read? Who am I kidding. You're in a library. You either have to read or enjoy reading. Which is it?" Lilura asks, grabbing a random book and flipping to read the summary.

"I like reading," She said cheerfully, which was true, "I'm here for another reason though," She hinted at the idea silently as she flipped to the first page and pretended to read, waiting until the girl was reading herself before she grabbed the girls wrist.
"Got you," She said in a teasing tone as she grabbed the handcuffs and put one on her and the other on her own wrist.
"This should stop your powers, so don't even try," She said though she had doubts herself, but she did not show it, "And if you try anything," She smiled and pulled out a pocket knife, clicking it open to reveal a wicked blade, "Well let's just say I don't need to take you back alive."
(Hopefully this is not to overpowered, please tell me if it is and I can change it a bit ^^)

-Reuvan-
The classic high pitched ringa-ling-ding sounded when I opened the door of the bookshop. I'd narrowly avoided a Hunter earlier, confusing them as their orange dot yielded nothing before erraticly moving around. Hopefully I was out of their range now. I'd took a risk one day, sneaking a glance at a Hunters little screen while they were busy arguing with the manager at some store, totally distracted from the little bobbing dot on their screen.
Suffice to say, I left quickly and didn't go back for a very long time, even if my flatmate complained that there was no shampoo left.
The clerk at the counter spared me a glance as I walked by, muttering a hello before thumbing the next page in their book.
Perks of working at a bookstore I guess.
I ruffled my hair, hoping it somehow made me look less like I just booked it down several alleyways in the pouring rain. It probably did nothing.
-Cypress-
The bottoms of my jeans were soaked from the rain. I was standing underneath a roof, but the runoff hit the concrete and splattered way too much for me to really get away from the rain. Not unless I went inside of course, and I couldn't do that, or I might miss my target.
A flickery orange dot was slowly walking in my direction, not even realizing it. I looked out into the pouring rain and scoffed. Nobody wanted to stay out in that weather, and stores were free to enter, even if the products were not. All the other hunters were fools, spending time chasing down a single weak dot. I let my pray come to me.
