Taini
Taini looked at the Harpy female. "Still you threatened the chicks life. Do you want to start a war?", He crowed. "You know that flock is agressive in that way. ". He looked into the distance, his redfeathers glowed in the sunlight. "And if you ever touch those two chicks over their prey you'll be punished.", He hissed in her ear before taking off to gather prey.

Erianik started to grow more anxious. He could feel his feathers rising slightly as he shifted and adjusted his weight nervously. "Shouldn't we be continuing the trial?" He muttered quietly to himself. If he turned his head inward into his chest anymore he might as well break his neck.

Kaerina thought about what she'd been told, and realized she had been too aggressive. She continued hunting, but missed more than usual, her mind on other things. A rock appeared out of nowhere, and Kaerina managed to dodge the rock mostly, but felt the outer ed of her win it hard, and the outer half collapsed. Kaerina managed to get to the ground in one piece, and transformed into a tall, beautiful woman with silvery hair, the same color as her feathers. She turned, and hiked back to the flock, still thinking, cursin herself for losing focus.

(Yes, I noticed...but I figured it was because he is so loving of his own chicks.)
As Kaerina reached her flock's camp, Launiana immediately appeared by her side, touching her broken arm. In seconds, the bones popped back into place and healed.

Aziea stumbled as he landed, turning into human form to soon. He walked forward into the camp, prey in his hands. "Mimiteh?" he called hesitantly. "I'm sorry." he mumbled, feeling foolish speaking out into the open, seemingly to no one.

Launiana looked deep into Kaerina's eyes, and almost blushed. She covered it by saying, "I need to get back to my duties," and hurried off, leaving Kaerina confused. Shrugging her shoulders, Kaerina lifted off again, having transformed into a human-sized harpy eagle, shrinking as she flew until she was normal-sized. She went back to her perch where she'd been hunting, and was suddenly tackled by a lynx. She grew in size, and pinned the lynx down. Before she could finish it with a swipe of her talons, it yelped, "Wait! Stop!"
It transformed into a male human, and Kaerina recognized him.
"Kaelian?" she asked.

(Dun dun duuuun! Cliffhanger! I've got a plan, but I won't share anything but that I'm oing to set up a love triangle. This'll be good.)

Haelian
Haelian was perched in a tree, waiting. He didn't have to wait long. Soon, a deer stepped into the glade in front of him. He slowly drew his bow, and the wood creaked slightly. He froze. The deer didn't react, and Haelian finished drawing the bow, and sighted down the length of the arrow. He released, and the arrow sped toward the deer. the arrow buried itself to the feathers, poking out the back side of the deer. The deer fell over, dead instantly, and Haelian jumped down, drawing his knife. He gutted the deer, burying the offal, and lugged the meat back to camp, where he added it to the stores and climbed into the tree he slept in, promptly falling asleep.

Kaerina and Kaelian
"Hey, Kaerina. You've grown considerably," Kaelian said.

Kaerina returned to her human form, and said, "And you're still scrawny as a sparrow! Where have you been all these years?"

"Hunting, foraging, trying to find my place. Then I realized, my place is with you," Kaelian said kindly.

Kaerina blushed, and said, "But, I'm a bird-shifter, and you're a cat-shifter! It can't work!"

"Oh, I've seen unions between people who become sparrows and people that become leopards. This could easily work. Besides, I love you with every ounce of my being."

"Y-you do?" Kaerina asked, blushing even deeper.

"Yes, I do," Kaelian said, leaning in to try to kiss Kaerina.

"No, I'm not going to kiss you yet," Kaerina said, placing a hand on Kaelian's shoulder to restrain him, "Let's head back to my camp."

"Sure," Kaelian said, slightly less fire in his eyes.

They transformed, and Kaerina held herself as a six-foot harpy, and carried Kaelian near the camp. She landed, and they both returned to their human forms. They walked into camp, and Launiana was suddenly on Kaerina's other side. Kaerina stopped in front of her nest, which she built so she could sleep as a harpy, and said to Kaelian, "Wait for me up there. I'll be up in a moment."

Kaelian nodded, and transformed, shooting up the tree the nest was built in.

Kaerina turned to Launiana, and said, "I've noticed you watching me constantly in camp. And I know that you sometimes follow me when I go hunting. You think I'm pretty, don't you?"

Launiana looked up into Kaerina;s eyes, and, instead of replying, placed a hand on the back of Kaerina's head, and kissed her. Kaerina's eyes shot wide, and as Launiana let go, Kaerina was blushing furiously. She transformed, and shot up to land in her nest, thanking the gods that be that a blush doesn't show through feathers.

Kaelian licked her, his rough tongue rasping over her face. He said, "Who was that?"

"That was the healer," Kaerina said, "She's been watching me for a while. I think she might have a thing for me."
