Total chronokinesis: She can skip in and out of time like one takes a step. She can also control basic kinetics by slowing down or speeding up how much time a person or object takes to do something, as mentioned in her history. She can bring herself and other things or people through different times, and uses this to correct mistakes or find things out. In fact, she goes into the future and past of Galdur City sometimes.
The issue with her powers is that it sort of 'jet lag's her. If you have been in Europe and flown back to America, or vis versa, you know how bad jet lag can be. Now imagine 20 years worth of jet lag. Yeah. It turns her into a sluggish, lethargic person, as it takes a long time for time to catch up to her.

Personality: Luc is a caring individual who me likes to help out in any way he can. He is rather quiet and tends to stay to himself unless invited to join others.
History: Do to his appearance he was abandoned but his mother whom had tried to 'purify' him through the church. In doing so she blinded him, then left him for dead when not even God would save him. A pacing merchant found the blind, lost boy and took him to the walled city where he could be with others like him.
