Hundreds of years ago a group of explorers were cursed with powers, their offspring inherited these powers. Not being normal and often times considered dangerous, these people were outcasts. Now, many many years after the group of explorers, a woman by the name of Sapphire founded a city just for these special people so they may live fairly normal lives (but we all know that ain't happening).

You live inside the city which is cut off from the rest of the world, no wifi, no cell service, no mail delivery system, nothing. The city is small, surrounded by a wall for safety. Most of the houses have two floors and a small backyard, A kitchen, at least 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The only contact the city has with the outside world is the monthly supply run. You may leave at any time, but beware, most are not as excepting towards you as the city is.

Name: Sapphire
Age: 31
Gender: female
Personality: caring, helpful, And very organized
History: she kept her powers hidden till one day when she got so mad she used them on a person. She left the place she had called home since she was little to make a new city for people like her so that they can live fairly normal lives without the fear of hurting someone.
Appearance: she has black hair and brown eyes. She normally wears a very professional looking dress, a pair of sapphire earrings, and high heels.
Power: she has telekinesis
Other: well, she is the one and only Sapphire, the founder of the city, if that was not obvious...

Name: Blue Rivera
Age: 16
Gender: female
Personality: sometimes rude, and stubborn, but if you really get to know her, she can be fairly nice.
History: She left with her fathers permission when she was 12 to join the making of Galdur City. She is the head guard of the city and takes her job very seriously.
Appearance: short, dirty blond hair and light blue eyes, kinda like the sky. She wears a shiny silver set of armor and always carries a sword and a jar of poison.
Power: she can control the weather but doesn't quite have the hang of her powers yet
Other: she has a teddy bear she tells no one about

Name: Zane Crimson
Age: 17
Gender: male
Personality: very nice, cheerful, and talkative
History: his parents came with him to the city, after a year of living in the city, they decided to leave but Zane wanted to stay. He now works in his very own little restaurant
Appearance: he is tall and has fluffy brown hair. His eyes are a purple color. He wears an apron, a t-shirt, jeans, and boots

History: An orphan. She grew up with another group of orphans who helped raise her. They called themselves the Raptors, and each has a bird name. She met Adrian there.
Appearance: Black hair, hazel eyes.

Power: Illusions. She can create them, only of things she has seen before.

Name: Adrian Fyre (he calls himself Falcon, so does everyone else)

History: He was orphaned as a child for an unknown reason. He grew up with another group of orphans who helped raise him. They called themselves the Raptors, and each has a bird name.

Power: Persuasion. He can persuade almost anyone to do what he wants them to if they don't have a strong will.

History: Born in an old warehouse, there her mother died shortly after childbirth her last words were "Kissui" which was all Kissui remembered until she was old enough to then legally call herself Kissui.

Power: The ability to manipulate one's emotions and appearance.
Other: Introvert, carries a pocket knife around with her always.
