If you're referring to the Lupora Tamer's Pups, then they should return during the Black Friday sale.

aww what caused the hh price to be raised ? Looks like it went by 100k but the torch count we get at the final stage went down

The only price change was Chocolate Coins went from 1,000 to 1,200 for entry fee.

Regarding other changes though, this is from the overview:

The Haunted House has returned with a bit of an overhaul! Prizes were adjusted for each Stage to award significantly more Avatar Items and more Festival-based rewards. Additionally, prizes located underneath Objects will now more reliably be the more premium prizes.

Ah. I misunderstood what you were asking about.

Yea, the Torches for Stage 3 were reduced from 4 to 3. This was a reflection of the prize drops being buffed.
