He sets ot down on their table before going and getting his usual plate of food.

she stares at the salad, not touching it.

"Sera, pick up the fork and just eat. Concentrate on something else-I can distract you if you ned me to. Then you won't be thinking about your food." Callen toold her.

she sighed softly. " Fine. " she picked up the fork, and began eating the salad.

Callen proceeded ot hold a very one-ssided conversation, mostly about his kingdom and family incluing many stories of antics his siblings and their friend got up to.

she listened to him, taking her mind off the fact that she was *gasp* eating. It helped her.
