1/10 I'm sorry but those colours just hurt my eyes. I think maybe something softer would be nice. Or just...Less of them. It's very happy but. Yeah.

The avatar herself is pretty cute. I like the sweet looking expression and the hair. The outfit and the hairpiece are nice together. I'm not too sure about the very bold blue but I really like the softer shade. I think stylistically the birds just don't quite go with the outfit though, and I also don't think the wings fit with it, either. Also, not too sure about the back item.

I really just like the whole look and feel. Everything matches nicely as well. It just doesn't quite give me a wow like a 10 would.
